Abstract: The model drug naproxen is a poorly soluble drug and bad glass former. In the context ofthe current project, the effect of polymer and solvent properties on the preparation andachieving amorphous solid dispersion (ASD), thermodynamic and kinetic stabilization, andbehavior in the dissolution media will be investigated. For this purpose, a series of preformulation experiments will be conducted.
