Abstract: The lifestyle of the Tamils has been evident from the Sangam period to the present day. The main contribution to this is the uniqueness of Tamil culture, tradition, culture, tradition, worship, etc. It is evident that worship has been a part of life. Although the worship is different, whether it is the worship of the main deity or the worship of minor deities, Murugan, who is the main deity, is called the 'Tamil God'. This is also reflected in the literature. The purpose of this article is to know the Murugan and the worship of Murugan through literature.
