Abstract: Occupational safety and health (OHS) is one of the important aspects of human resource management. Protection efforts aimed at ensuring that employees and others at work are always safe and healthy. Maintenance and improvement of the physical, mental, and social health of the workforce. Creating a safe, healthy, free workplace from environmental pollution, so that it can reduce and/or be free from occupational accidents and occupational diseases. Increase work productivity, reduce accident rates, and create a conducive work environment.
