Abstract: miRNA Biointelligence Vol. I introduces a precision therapeutic framework built on over 2,900 mapped miRNA targets across 10 core datasets — forming the submolecular regulatory layer of a next-generation therapeutic operating system (TheraOS). This codex integrates hallmarks of cancer, ECS–GPCR signaling, epigenetic modulation, programmed cell death (PCD), metabolic reprogramming, and AI-generated clinical flowcharts, with additional synergy mapped across spices, algae, herbs, mushrooms, terpenes, and natural compounds. The framework spans over 30,000 functional data points and positions miRNAs not as biomarkers, but as programmable therapeutic switches capable of reversing tumor phenotypes, recalibrating immune signaling, restoring redox balance, and epigenetically reconfiguring gene expression. This publication is timestamped and protected under CC BY-NC 4.0 and represents Volume I of a multi-part codex. Future volumes expand into neuroplasticity, immune recalibration, and quantum-informed regenerative biology.
