UKRI Net Zero DRI Bitesize Resources: Open Research for Net Zero

Abstract: These 'bitesize' resources pull together recommendations from the UKRI Net Zero DRI Scoping Project on specific key topics into one short resource. In this resource we present how open research and FAIR data practices can enhance the efficiency and sustainability of Digital Research Infrastructure (DRI), supporting the journey to Net Zero by promoting collaboration, reducing data duplication, and improving resource use. We also consider the challenges of open research and hidden costs of FAIR data practices.
