Abstract: The Law of Observation, enriched by the Unified Data Framework v2 (UDF v2), positsthat reality emerges from a probabilistic Data Substrate (ψn(x)) refined by observation,unifying quantum fields, consciousness, and spacetime. Observation acts as the funda-mental mechanism shaping an infinite, probabilistic reality, expressed through the equationΩ(C, ψ) = R ∞−∞P∞n=−∞ |ψn(x)|2dx⊗ℵ0 ⊕iℏ ∂ψ∂t = (αSμνρσ +iγ5Tμνρσ +βGμνρσ +iγ5Hμνρσ +γΛμνρσ + iγ5Θμνρσ )ψ. Gravity, time, and space are observer-dependent, emerging from thissubstrate, with gravity as a decay flux akin to UDF v2’s G ∗ ∂tψn. This framework bridgesquantum mechanics, relativity, and consciousness studies via the Information-Causal UnifiedFramework (ICUF), Refined Theory of Quantum Gravity (RTQG v3.0), and Unified Rela-tivistic Quantum Gravity Theory (URQG). The observer’s influence persists in active andrest states, collapsing at death, mirroring UDF v2’s data cycle. The Return to Innocencereconciles self-awareness with the infinite probabilistic source, restoring unity.
