Abstract: The Information-Causal Unified Framework (ICUF) integrates the empirical strengths of the Updated Unified Data Framework (UDF v5.2) with the theoretical foundations of Entangled Causal Network Theory (ECNT). ICUF formalizes quantum information as a fundamental causal structure, defining a weighted, directed network with a path integral over causal states. It resolves key inconsistencies in quantum gravity by introducing a renormalized entropy-action principle that unifies quantum field theory (QFT) and general relativity (GR) while maintaining scale consistency and falsifiability.
