Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the audiological outcomes following type I tympanoplasty in patients diagnosed with chronic otitis media (COM). The study aims to determine the degree of hearing improvement post-surgery and to analyze the success rate of tympanic membrane graft uptake based on the type of graft material used.
