Abstract: This article discusses modern methods for improving teachers' professional qualifications and the importance of developing their professional knowledge and skills. It explores significant changes in teaching practices, innovative pedagogical approaches, opportunities for utilizing modern technologies, and psychological aspects to enhance the effectiveness of the educational process. Additionally, the organization of professional development courses for teachers is emphasized, highlighting the importance of these courses in enabling teachers to adopt new teaching methods. The methods presented in this article aim to enhance students' knowledge levels and improve the quality of the educational process.
