Abstract: Exploring a radical extension of Wheeler’s "One Electron Theory," this paper proposes a unified cosmological framework where matter, energy, spacetime, and the arrow of time emerge from the chaotic evolution of a single fundamental entity. It presents a conceptual model, mathematical skeleton, and future directions toward a scientifically grounded formulation. (Work-in-progress toward a rigorous dynamical and predictive theory.)
