Abstract: This paper explores the foundational principles of modular housing, the evolution of its design and application, key strengths and limitations, and the latest advancements in this construction field. It also includes an evaluation and review of existing implementations. The primary outcomes of modular construction include a substantial decrease in construction time and expenses, enhanced durability, eco-friendliness, and the ability to meet diverse needs and conditions, such as seismic resilience, climate adaptability, and soil characteristics.
