Abstract: The paper analyzes the results of a comprehensive examination and treatment of patients with complicated forms of gallstone disease, and in particular choledocholithiasis. A comparative analysis of the implementation of the standard two-stage and improved one-stage laparoendoscopic correction of choledocholithiasis was carried out. The duration of surgical interventions, hospital stays, and intra- and postoperative complications were taken as comparative parameters. Based on the results of our study, it should be noted that the use of a modified one-step technique in patients with cholecystocholedocholithiasis improves the results of surgical treatment and is economically feasible, since it reduces the number of operations and hospitalizations for the patient.
