Abstract: We propose a theoretical framework where spacetimeemerges from quantum measurement dynamics withina universal information-theoretic substrate, modeled bya scalar field ψ. The theory incorporates causal Lindblad decoherence, gauge-invariant Higgs coupling, andentanglement-driven gravity via the replica trick. We derive the entropy-area relation from first principles andconnect decoherence rates to Higgs mass fluctuations. Experimental falsifiability is outlined through cosmologicaland quantum device signatures.
