The publication employs various scientific research methods to analyze these measures, highlighting that many existing measures are practically inoperative in the case of legal entities. According to the author, judicial control can be applied as a preventive measure for legal persons, enacted by the investigating judge or by the court, at the prosecutor’s request. Judicial control may be accompanied by the imposition of certain obligations. It is noted that this measure has distinct characteristics when applied to legal persons.
