Engineering Protocol for Constructing a Second-Generation Pre-Physics Universe Seed

Abstract: This document specifies the complete, reproducible engineering protocol for generating a pre-physics universe seed without reference to post-physical constructs, spatialunits, or artificial intelligence embedding. The second-generation design introducesdual-time evolution, high-frequency standing-wave collapse, and recursive fractal seeding to maximize emergent law formation potential. The approach operates entirelyin a symbolic–mathematical space, ensuring independence from known physics whileenabling experimental replay and parameter tuning.
