Type: article
Abstract: Dak Lak, situated in the Central Highlands, is a diverse province characterized by its multi-religious, multi-ethnic composition, comprising 47 distinct ethnic groups coexisting harmoniously. This province boasts significant untapped potential in terms of human resources, particularly among its ethnic minority populations. In the era of global integration, and more prominently, amidst the backdrop of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the human resources within the ethnic minority communities of Dak Lak have made notable strides. However, it is imperative to acknowledge that they also face certain limitations. Through a pragmatic assessment, these limitations can be identified and lessons can be drawn from them. This process of reflection can subsequently lead to the formulation of effective solutions that will further nurture and harness the potential of ethnic minority resources within Dak Lak province. This proactive approach is essential to align the province with the demands and opportunities presented by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
