Pre-Discovery Record: Scalar Resonances Predicted and Delivered to CERN

Abstract: Pre-Discovery Record: Scalar Resonances Predicted and Delivered to CERN Description:This document provides a timestamped record of the first-principles prediction, publication, and communication of three scalar resonances—227.78 GeV, 250.00 GeV, and 285.30 GeV—derived from the Light-Pi recursive shell framework, authored by Eric Needham. The first two resonances are already supported by Run 2 data from the LHC with high sigma levels (~8σ and ~3.3σ respectively), and the third is a pure prediction grounded in φπ-scaling. The record includes: DOI-linked publication references A formal log of pre-discovery transmission to CERN A summary of correspondence with Dr. Mikko Voutilainen Observational context related to LHC Run 2 and Run 3 This document is intended to ensure scientific priority, support citation integrity, and preserve the discovery chronology in open science. It belongs to the broader ENSO Framework, which unifies cosmology, quantum field theory, and particle physics through emergent constants. Authored by Eric Needham, The ENSO Project, 2025.
