Abstract: The advent of cognitive digital twins (CDTs) and human-AI co-creation frameworks has radically transformed business innovation, particularly in sustainability-driven enterprise ecosystems. These models enable adaptive strategies, real-time decision-making, and resilient value creation networks through enhanced symbiosis between intelligent agents and human cognition. This paper explores the operationalization of CDTs as strategic enablers in enterprise transformation, focusing on how AI-enhanced collaboration generates innovation in circular and green value chains. We provide a comprehensive overview of adaptive co-creation models, analyze their integration within sustainability-driven architectures, and examine their impacts on decision velocity and product personalization.
