Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Description / Abstract (ภาษาอังกฤษ):This article analyzes the distribution of educational scholarships in Thailand and examines how cultural structures perpetuate inequality. Drawing from real data and administrative practices, the study reveals a disparity between merit-based and need-based scholarships. It highlights how bureaucratic systems, cultural biases, and structural limitations contribute to unequal access, particularly for marginalized youth in rural areas. The findings call for a reform in scholarship allocation policies to promote fairness and equity across the nation.
