Abstract: This article explores the role of modern pedagogical technologies in teaching the mother tongue in higher education. It investigates the integration of multimedia tools, digital platforms, mobile applications, and AI-supported systems into language instruction. Findings show significant improvements in students’ language proficiency, critical thinking, and self-directed learning. The study concludes with strategic recommendations across policy, curriculum, and pedagogy for sustainable digital transformation in mother tongue education.
