Abstract: "Psychological Stress and Violence in the Workplace - An Analysis of the Consequences in a Company," is the title of the study. The main goal of this study is to look into the many aspects of workplace stress that employee’s experience. Employees are unable to execute to their greatest efficiency and quality as a result of their stress. The financial and marketing industries are the focus of this study. Through many approaches such as research philosophy, data collection technique, data analysis technique, research approach, research design, sample method, and so on, I have gathered accurate and reliable information about the study. I also employed data collection and analysis procedures to gather accurate and reliable information about the influence of psychological stress and violence in the workplace. I reflected by describing my experience while collecting data from the target respondents. The focus of the research report is on workplace stress and violence as related constructs that have a negative impact on the organization and will have negative consequences such as less employee involvement. Workplace violence occurs when employees are attacked or harassed at work, and it is one of the most common harmful practices that can be observed within an organization and can also have a negative influence on the business. After analysing the collected data, by interpretation, it has been determined that workplace stress and violence have a variety of effects on an organization’s operations and profitability.Associated organizations will acquire insight of their organizations and workers' positions as a result of the above research so that precautionary measures can be taken by the organization to provide appropriate insights to employees and develop such healthy behaviors for employees. Using the data from the previous researches, such dimensions are examined, causing the company to face issues related to business productivity and efficiency. Aside from that, stress can cause an imbalance of personal characteristics within an individual's psyche.
