Introducing the TURN Framework

Abstract: Introducing the TURN Framework Imagine being lost on a vast, open plain at twilight. There’s no map, no road, and the horizon is barely visible. Yet, above you, a single star begins to shine—a guide, steady and unwavering. It’s not the full picture, but it offers direction. It reminds you that even in the dimmest light, there is a way forward. Languishing is a state that feels like that open plain—vast, directionless, and heavy. It’s not the storm or the earthquake; it’s the slow fading of vitality and purpose. But just as the star above offers a point to steer by, the path out of languishing begins with awareness. The NARMA model provides a way to understand the shadows we face and to imagine the light that lies beyond them.
