Abstract: The article discusses the concept of students' satisfaction with their academic activities and the theoretical and practical analysis of scientific research conducted by Uzbek scientists in this area. The main issue raised is what plays an important role in students' satisfaction with their academic activities and the assimilation of knowledge, the research directions and issues conducted by scientists are revealed. Also, an analysis of the views of scientists on the stages of the motivational process is presented.
