Abstract: NeuroVista Nexus is an integrated, cloud-native platform proposed to revolutionize diagnostic and interventional radiology using real-time multimodal imaging, AI-driven segmentation, and augmented reality (AR). It unifies imaging silos through a vendor-neutral architecture and embeds intelligent automation for enhanced accuracy and speed. The platform features containerized AI services, AR-guided intervention, open interoperability (DICOMweb, HL7-FHIR), and compliance with IEC 62304 and ISO 13485. With a federated learning approach and explainable AI outputs, it enables sub-second insights and global tele-collaboration. This blueprint outlines its architecture, regulatory roadmap, and pilot deployment strategy for academic and industrial co-development.
