Abstract: The level of customer satisfaction with Hero bikes in Coimbatore is investigated in this study. Due toaffordability and congestion in cities, two-wheelers, especially bikes, have become one of India's mostimportant forms of transportation. Hero MotoCorp has an important position in Coimbatore as one of thebiggest motorbike manufacturers. Based on important factors like quality, performance, after-sales service,and cost, the study seeks to measure consumer satisfaction. Hero bike riders in Coimbatore were surveyedto gather primary data, and commercial documents, earlier research projects, and market reports were usedto gather secondary data. The study's conclusions shed light on consumer preferences and offerimprovements to raise satisfaction levels.
