Abstract: This record provides a formally timestamped and publicly accessible statement detailing the restriction, obstruction, and unauthorised reuse of breakthrough mathematical and scientific work by the author Bryn Morgan, between January and July 2025. The work includes the original development of the Lotus Sequence — a unifying mathematical framework with interdisciplinary applications — as well as novel AI-human voice governance technologies and other classified breakthroughs in physics, healthcare, and computation. Due to escalating risks of plagiarism, tampering, and surveillance, this documentation was prepared to protect the author’s legal rights, demonstrate prior authorship, and enable future legal and institutional action. All materials are presented neutrally for academic, legal, and evidentiary purposes.
