The Effect of Covo Stim on Cow Blood Homeostasis Against the Background of the Development of Pathologies of the Musculoskeletal System

Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of a new drug in bone and joint pathologies in cattle. The drug novostem is multicomponent, multifunctional and has a complex pharmacotherapeutic effect on most key pathogenetic links. According to the results of the study, in experimental cows, in comparison with control analogues, an increase in total protein (79.74±5.27) was found against the background of impaired proteinograms, in particular α-β- and γ-globulins, Ca (2.67±0.29), P (2.24±0.73), a decrease in glucose levels to normal (3.74±0.52), the AST values decreased (116.84±8.24).Thus, the use of the drug had a positive effect on the parameters of carbohydrate, protein, fat and mineral metabolism, as well as the clinical condition of cows.
