Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This study investigates the role of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs), with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), in the inclusion of autistic individuals in the labor market. The central issue is the effectiveness of these technologies as tools for labor inclusion, considering their benefits and challenges. The objectives include analyzing how DICTs are implemented , identifying gaps in the use of these technologies, and proposing strategies to maximize their positive impact. Using the giftedean neoperspectivist paradigm and the hypothetical-deductive method, the research highlights the potential of DICTs to promote inclusion, but also points out challenges such as technological adaptation and accessibility.
