Abstract: This official addendum to Declaration RWT-CENT-SEA-062225 formally registers seven new sovereign subcontinents—KIÉ, Privé, Twin, New Ghana, Elona, Laguna, and Camí—into the Centillion Oceanic Continent framework. It also expands the protected maritime corridor network by establishing official zone parameters, boundaries, and environmental classifications for each new territory. While this addendum introduces updated geographic, climatic, and legal details, it fully adheres to and preserves the foundational terms, authorities, and protections set forth in the original declaration. This filing serves solely as an extension, not a revision.
