Abstract: This repository contains all code needed to reproduce the results and analysis in "Temperature constraints of terrestrial ecosystem respiration in global biomes". Please note that due to data policy restrictions, the original FLUXNET data used in this paper is not redistributed here but is freely available for download at www.fluxnet.fluxdata.org. Similarly, the NoreSm2-MM global surface temperature data from CMIP6, used in Figure 6, can be obtained from https://pcmdi.llnl.gov/CMIP6/. The Koppen-Geiger climate biome data is available from Franz Rubel and is published in Rubel et al., (2017), accessible at https://doi.org/10.1127/metz/2016/0816.
