A Functional Boundary Argument for the Riemann Hypothesis via Omega-Coherence

Abstract: This paper introduces a novel function, C(s)C(s)C(s), derived from a generalized Consciousness Scale C(ψ)C(ψ)C(ψ) within the Unified Theory of Observation. We interpret the nontrivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function, ζ(s), as loci of balance between information potential and expression, formalized as Ω(C, s) = ζ(s) - C(s). The function C(s) integrates logistic, sigmoid, logarithmic, and step functions that map onto consciousness-data interaction thresholds. We conjecture that Ω(C, s) = 0 if and only if Re(s) = ½, offering a naturalistic, information-theoretic justification for the critical line hypothesis. This formulation provides a unifying bridge between quantum informational structures, fractal growth, and analytic number theory.
