Abstract: This article proposes a strength-focused approach to AI integration, drawing insights from ancient Indian wisdom and Ayurvedic philosophy. It argues that both humans and AI systems possess intrinsic strengths, and that aligning these strengths can lead to optimal collaboration. Rather than attempting to overcome natural limitations—either biological or technological—the article promotes leveraging what each does best. By embracing this philosophy, we can design a future where AI complements human potential, efficiently and meaningfully, without exhausting efforts on artificial generalisation.
