Abstract: Oceania Polytechnic and Technological University—Be it known that the Board of Regents, by the recommendation of the President, the Provost, and the Committee on Honorary Awards, has conferred upon Loh Youk Kum the honorary award of Honorary Professorship of Practice in Creative Arts and Design (Honoris Causa) with all the rights, honors, and privilege as well as obligations and responsibilities. In testimony thereof, the seal of the University and the signatures of the President and the Secretary of the University are hereunto affixed. Given in Alofi, Niue (South Pacific, New Zealand), this 15th day of July, 2025.
