The study employs a descriptive survey design, it assesses the current state of children’s ministry, identifies its challenges, evaluates its impact on church growth, and suggests practical solutions for enhanced effectiveness of children’s ministry in the rural areas of Ogbomoso Baptist Conference, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria. Findings reveal that children’s ministry in these areas is moderately supported yet constrained by inadequate funding, limited trained personnel, poor parental involvement, and lack of structured curriculum.
