Abstract: This is a supplementary file containing supporting data for accepted manuscript of JVI our paper (JVI01418-24) where it has been shown that Dengue virus infection leading to NS1 expression in hepatocytes leads to downregulation of HNF4 alpha via upregulation of phosphorylation of ERK. Downregulation of HNF4 alpha in turn results in downregulation of coagulation factors 1, 5, 10 and 13. Downregulation of these coagulation factors might contribute to coagulopathy,
