DCAF7 Acts as A Scaffold to Recruit USP10 for G3BP1 Deubiquitylation and Facilitates Chemoresistance and Metastasis in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (Adv. Sci. 36/2024)

Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma This cover illustration features a pond with lotus leaves and flowers. A crane, symbolizing cisplatin chemotherapy, hunts crabs representing tumor cells. Dewdrops on the leaves signify DCAF7-induced stress granule (SG)-like structures, while some crabs hide under the left lotus leaf, evading capture. Due to tumor progression, the left side appears withered while the right side is vibrant. This artwork artistically depicts DCAF7's role in promoting chemoresistance and metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
