Abstract: Special Program in the Arts (SPA) is designed to cater to students who are inclined to the arts. It envisions honing excellent young artist with potential in the arts, expressing their ideas and feelings through their chosen art form, manifesting a sense of nationalism, and renewing commitment to their respective art forms. However, there is a need to monitor and assess the program to assess progress and provide intervention when necessary. This study was conducted to evaluate the implementation of SPA in LapasanNational High School which shall serve as baseline information in improving the delivery of the program.
