Abstract: To guarantee the success of the conference, meticulous preparations were undertaken in advance. The tasks of the local committee included the provision of the conference facilities and technology, personnel planning, marketing, the organization of the social program, communication with the exhibitors and the coordination of local speakers for the opening session. The report shows a comprehensive overview of the preparations made at each stage and can be a valuable help for future conference organizers. Look behind-the-scenes at our conference organization.
