The Influence of Environmental Performance and Funding Decisions on Company Value

Abstract: This study examines the effect of environmental performance and financing decisions on firm value. The population in the study was 106 infrastructure and transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website for the 2020-2022 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. Based on the established criteria, a total of 132 unbalanced samples were obtained. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that partially 1) Environmental Performance has no effect on Firm Value, 2) Debt Financing has a positive effect on Firm Value, and 3) Equity Financing has no effect on Firm Value.
