Abstract: This is Version 1 of the data protection policy for the EOSC Observatory The EOSC Observatory is a policy intelligence tool developed by OpenAIRE and Technopolis Group in the EOSC Future project and continued in the EOSC Track project to monitor policies, practices, and impacts for EOSC and Open Science The policy defines the collection of personal data from the members of the EOSC Steering Board using the survey tool and dashboard of the EOSC Observatory: https://www.eoscobservatory.eu
