Year: 2024
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: Training provides a practical foundation for developing skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and time management. It offers employees the opportunity to interact in conditions close to real work situations, which contributes to a deeper understanding of the material and improves work performance. Innovative learning methods such as coaching, mentoring, role-playing games, and online courses make the learning process more effective and adaptive to the needs of the modern business environment. The types of soft skills training, the short-term and long-term benefits they provide to both employees and organizations, innovative approaches to soft skills training and development, and the challenges companies may face when implementing soft skills development programs are discussed.
