Abstract: Ofloxacin is an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections in many different parts of the body. The official method of analysis of Ofloxacin is potentiometric method. Several UV spectrophotometric, HPLC methods in pure form, pharmaceutical formulation and HPTLC methods have been reported to determine. This review provides an overview of various analytical techniques used for Ofloxacin determination both in a single preparation and in combination.
