Abstract: Transforming education through inclusive school governance is essential for creating equitable, effective, and sustainable educational systems that meet the diverse needs of learners, educators, and communities. Inclusive governance encourages the active involvement of all stakeholders: principals, teachers, learners, School Governing Body (SGB)and parents in decision-making processes. This collaborative model promotes a sense of ownership, accountability, and shared responsibility, resulting in improved educational outcomes, enhanced learner performance, greater teacher engagement, and stronger community connections
