Abstract: This study analyzes the conflict case in Wadas from the perspectives of law and society using a qualitative approach. The article outlines the background of the conflict, legal considerations, analysis of societal perspectives, identification of tension points, conflict resolution efforts, and recommendations for sustainable management. Qualitative research methods were employed, focusing on literature review and descriptive data analysis. The findings emphasize the importance of a holistic approach that considers both legal and societal aspects in addressing similar conflicts in the future. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide comprehensive insights into the conflict and serve as a basis for more effective subsequent actions.
