Abstract: Supplementary material for the study on incident management in proprietary software ecosystems (PSECO). This work introduces the Incident Management (IM) Framework, designed to support management teams in PSECO by consolidating goals, practices, success factors, benefits, and barriers in incident management. The framework aims to bridge the gap in incident governance and provide actionable insights for both researchers and practitioners. The IM Framework was developed through a systematic approach, including a rapid review of 315 studies, from which 30 were selected after applying rigorous review procedures.
