Abstract: Education is universally recognized as a fundamental human right, playing a critical role in individual and societal development (UNESCO, 2015). Yet, learners with visual impairments (LVI) often encounter significant obstacles in achieving academic success (Blind et al., 2019). These challenges are particularly acute in developing countries, where resource limitations and nascent inclusive education practices can further disadvantage LVI students (Mittler, 2013).
