Study of the Composition of Wastewater From a Dairy Plant

Abstract: This article provides an analysis of literary sources, a study of the process ofpurification of wastewater from the Samarkand small-scale industrial complex from organic pollutionand the specific norms of wastewater disposal at a dairy enterprise, that is, in m3 for processed milk. Inaddition, the need for oxygen for the oxidation of organic substances was determined depending on thecomposition of milk and the composition of the waste water of a dairy plant.
