Abstract: In the modern world, the quality of training specialists in universities is becoming a key factor in their successful professional activity. The article focuses on the need to adapt curricula to the requirements of modern educational and professional standards. This requires active cooperation of all university departments, which includes coordination between faculties and departments. This is the only way to create a unified system for training highly qualified personnel who will meet the current requirements of the labor market and will be able to successfully compete in the international arena. Involving employers in the training process and introducing practice-oriented programs will help provide graduates with the necessary skills and competencies.
