Abstract: This paper introduces the Modern Energy Chart (MEC) and Subjective Units of Experience (SUE) Scale as pioneering tools within Third Field science, an emerging discipline that integrates human energy systems with subjective experience. Authored by [Your Name] and building on Silvia Hartmann’s three-decade development—from the 1993 Harmony Program to formalizations in 2009 and 2014—these instruments offer a novel framework for mapping and quantifying energy states, ranging from critical depletion (-9) to peak vitality (+10). The MEC provides a visual representation of observable emotional energy states, while the SUE Scale measures subjective experience, enabling precise assessment and intervention. Drawing on their application in thousands of global workshops, trainings, and client sessions since 2011, this work demonstrates their practical efficacy in enhancing emotional well-being across diverse populations.
