Abstract: This article presents the formation, geological structure and chemical analysis of the main effusive volcanic rocks in the Dushebulak area. In addition, the requirements of leading enterprises in the production of continuous basalt fiber were cited. Based on the data provided by the laboratory of MEGA INVEST INDUSTRIAL LLC, chemical resistance analysis of samples taken from the promising fields of Podgornyanskiy, Marneulsk, Georgia, compared with acid resistance, viscosity and clay-soil level, which determines the suitability for fiber production
